  • THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. there policies are REDICOULOUS. i was promised my dog on the 14th of this month. AFTER putting a 1200$ deposit on my dog (only signing the recipt and no other contract) i STILL don't have my puppy. I called asking for my deposit back and they said it says on the contract (which i did NOT sign..and I believe a NEW employee forged after forgetting..) that you cannot get it back. I spoke with a manager for about 30 minutes and was still told I would NOT get it back. I will be filing a legal lawsuit on this company and want to WARN others NOT to go through this TERRIBLE and RUDE company.
