By far the worst customer service and worst integrity of any car insurance company I have experienced. My wife had a policy with them only to have it rescinded because they did not want to help her when a major accident happened to her vehicle. Not even a 30-day warning. She was dropped without warning and even was somehow able to go back in time to remove coverage for her policy which "coincidentally" fell within the time frame of the accident. To add insult to injury they have no respect for military service. My brother-in-law who was involved in the accident and an active duty member was denied coverage by Progressive.
They will not look out for you and are only concerned with collecting money. Their claims representatives are rude and not available when you try to contact them. One Representative ignored our emails for a month and did not disclose any important information to us. When we challenged her on ignoring our emails she got defensive. Poor customer service and very poor handling of your claim. If you google progressive this is common practice for them. For those that are insured by Progressive beware. When a major incident comes up they will find a way to get out of helping you. By far the worst insurance company I have worked with.
