I would not recommend this service as at least one of their drivers has no integrity. On the morning of Dec 24, my grandson arrived at Pearson carrying a shuttle reservation to bring him to our home. He got confused and ended up in the ground transportation area outside the terminal. He showed his reservation, which clearly displayed the well-known carrier's logo and name in LARGE print at the top of the page, to this driver. The driver, instead of saying "Sorry, you're in the wrong location" and redirecting my grandson to the proper counter, simply said "Get in, I'll take you", obviously poaching the passenger. The charge was $22 higher than my original reservation and it was left to me to get a refund from the original carrier who I had dealt with for many years.
