  • So now I learn from relating this experience that the portly "barber" and I use that term loosely here, apparently cut a divot in the upper back of my head. I think this calls for a complaint to be filed with the Better Business Bureau to protect the public from this underhanded abuse to customers. Sad state of affairs, stay away from this business!
