  • I had a procedure done with Dr Corey back in 2005. I called his office as loyal client 13 years later to schedule a consultation for another procedure. I was told that I need to pay $50 to have my charts pulled from 2005 before a consultation can be scheduled. I offered to pay the $50 after the consultation IF I decide to move forward. I was told "no", I must pay the $50 for the records or no consultation. You just lost a loyal repeat customer and a negative yelp review over $50.
