  • My first time at Einstein and I must say I was very disappointed with the service. I go and order 2 tasty turkeys which come with your choice of fruit or chips as well as pickles. They hand me my order in a bag ( never asked me if I was eating there or taking it to go) I realize they never even asked what I wanted as a side so I ask the lady that took my order and she needed reassurance from another employee whether or not it comes with my order (most sandwiches do). Now they forget my pickle and I asked her again, she said they will get it as soon as possible. My mom finishes her sandwich and still no pickle. ( not that I needed the pickle, but if it came with my order I want that dang pickle) she apologized and I would've understood if it was busy but there were only 3 people eating at the time. Not professional at all and the floors were very dirty. The sandwich was good though! Just won't be coming back to this location.
