I refuse to ever take my son for a cut at this place. First, I called to schedule an appointment for my son. The employee who answered told me that they don't take phone appointments but that they have a web feature where you can check in and it gives you an appointment time. I proceed to accessing their website and registered with an employee by the name of Desiree. When I get there, an employee was walking into work and she walked behind the front desk. I mention to this employee that I made an online appointment. Turns out that Desiree was running late. She turned around and noticed that another employee was cleaning her station, getting ready for her next cut. The employee who was at the front desk told me that my son would be next and that she noted it in the computer. She then proceeded to walking away into the employee lounge area. The stylist then proceeded to calling over another customer instead.

1) Employees being late to work and impacting appointment times
2) Lack of communication between employers
3) Misleading information on their check in system in regards to actual available stylists and wait times. When I checked, the site stated a 0 minute wait time
4) Indifference from staff when I mentioned that we were leaving
