  • We had an iPad repaired last year by Alex. When my other daughter broke her's, I took it to the mall because I had a coupon. Huge mistake! They "repaired" it, but because they did it incorrectly, the screen cracked again the next day. They said we must have dropped it & that it wasn't their fault. Soon, none of the buttons worked on the iPad & it was a mess. Alex came to our rescue & fix it at our house, the same day! I will never again trust our devices to anyone but Alex & Charlotte iPhone Repair!
