I work, so I coordinated the schedule with chris and had my family friend oversee the work. At first, I was unsatisfied at the service. I notified chris and he got on it and made amends.
I learned also, its best that a single point of contact set up and oversee the cleaning.
So, I left it to my friend (who knows about cleaning) to communicate with chris, and oversee the cleaning. Job well done.
Chris is fantastic, as he is courteous, and does everything he can to make it right. No company is perfect, but the fact they went to every effort to do a job well done exemplifies there commitment to great service and customer satisfaction. It goes a long way to building goodwill when a company does its very best to get things right.
