  • We ONLY stay at Marriotts. We love the consistency that Marriott provides but this was a big disappointment. We stayed in a 2 bed suite and it was so old and just yucky. The room was very hot and stuffy. No ceiling fans anywhere and no thermostat to adjust the temp... Just those old style motel 8 cold/colder dials. Furniture was ripped and torn. The door in the one bathroom didn't clear the toilet so you had to pull it closed as hard as you could to scrape by the toilet to shut the door. The workers were VERY friendly and that's why I'm giving this 2 stars. Breakfast was so so with watered down eggs and plastic ware that was just piled in bins so when everyone stuck their hand in the get a fork their hands touched all the other forks. Can't be sanitary. Also, our room was next to the utility/laundry room and I kept smelling cigarette smoke constantly. I thought maybe it was coming from outside since we were on the terrace level but it was pouring outside with no one out there and I still kept smelling it. Very disappointed with this stay.
