  • I went here for a work lunch recently and had the WORST prime rib sandwich I have ever had. It was dry and overcooked, not what you'd expect from a steakhouse. The meal was completely void of any flavor and was cold when it came out. The service is the only reason they don't have one star. We had some issues and the manager was quick to resolve the issues for us and was very outgoing and kind. I doubt that I'll ever be back to this place or Monti's proper.
