| - After going to the same salon for 7+ years, I sought out this one due to the abundance of colors, styles and services they offered. Despite the prices, I was excited to give this place a try. Tina did my pedicure and it was AMAZING. She paid great attention to detail and my already soft feet are 100x softer. The fill on my nails, however, was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I get overlay on my natural nails because they grow long enough to not need tips. The young guy who did my fill kept asking me (in a condescending tone) why I get overlay and why I won't get tips, because "tips are better". When drilling the old acrylic off, he drilled so forcefully and so deep, the skin underneath my nails burned. He then proceeded to pile the acrylic on my nails. They are so thick and uneven. I had coffin shaped nails previously and now they're just rectangular. Throughout the process he continued to complain about the fact that I had overlay and not tips and said "I did the best I could do". While polishing my nails, who is assumed to have been a regular, came in to get a gel manicure. She sat down at the station next to mine and the guy began rushing to finish my nails to do her's. The pedicure was amazing, but the overall experience wasn't good enough to return.
