  • As previously mentioned and other reviews, I usually stay at Mandalay Bay when I stay in Vegas. However, I wasn't totally dazzled by the spa there. Delano, is adjacent/connected to Mandalay Bay so I decided to check out that spa. In my opinion, that spa is 100% better than Mandalay Bay's. So if you're looking for a spa treatment and staying at Mandalay Bay, it's worth the short walk next-door. I had a facial when I went there and it was incredible. First of all, not only was the facial great, itself but I got a lot of great advice and recommended products from my facialist. They are not pushy as to whether or not you actually purchase the products but they give you all the information of what kind of products that you should use and also similar over-the-counter products that are good and bad for your skin. I felt like for the cost, I had not only a great spa experience but also a lesson in skin care. Of course, when you have a service you also get access all day to the spa, relaxation rooms, wet and dry saunas as well as the hot and cold tub's. You also get access to the fitness center which is much better than Mandalay Bay's because Mandalay Bay barely has one. Since the spa services are always expensive in Vegas, it doesn't really matter which resort you stay at, they are always pricey, I decided I was going to spend a great chunk of time using all of the facilities as well as the fitness center. I highly recommend that as well. I enjoyed my experience immensely at Bathhouse. It wasn't the best spa and all of Vegas but it certainly beat Mandalay Bay's.
