So, after calling and speaking with the owner about my concerns and issues I was offered a hair treatment to help fix the damaged hair which I gladly accepted. When I came in to get it done it was further explained to me why these things happen and why it most likely happened to me. Makes sense. Overall I am happy with the customer service I received and the opportunity to correct it. Most places just tell ya tough luck n forget about it. Oh, and I lap received the 19$ for the haircut that I didn't receive back. Which is another plus. Thank you.
