My husband and I both had to go to the DMV for different reasons, so I made online appointments for both of us. This past Saturday at 3pm, our time had come. We arrived on time and got into the ONLINE APPOINTMENTS line, and, guess what? We both concluded our business and walked out of the building at 3:18pm. Yes, five star experiences do occur at the DMV! The staff was friendly, efficient, and on-time! I had to take care of my name change and get a new photo taken and Mr. C. had to take care of a registration issue. We both went to different windows and took care of everything we needed to because we made those online appointments--just do it.
