I came here with the intention of buying a car. You should know they use the old model of salesmanship in which the sales staff is working hard to fool the customer into paying more. They use the old ploy of hanging onto your keys while they try to wear you down with one unreasonable offer after another. Their dreamer add-ons are absurd. $1124 of a "protective coat", more than any other dealership charges for extra window tinting. Their first offer was $9000 more than any other dealer. We ended up $7000 less than their first offer- but still more than the others and they kept sneaking the add-ons back in, like I wouldn't notice.
From my first call to my appt. ( about ten days later) I dealt with 5 different sales reps. I think they have difficulty holding on to staff.
The man I dealt with last was perfectly nice, but it appeared he had to do what the manager was telling him to do, which kept him cram being responsive to what I was asking.
The dealership was busy- end of the month. I have no idea how anyone would put up with their archaic approach. Maybe we expect to be abused every time we buy a car...
I won't go back. Better price and better treatment elsewhere.
