Arrived before 7am on a Saturday. Emergency driveway is not obvious so I had to drive slowly after the traffic light or face the consequences of having to make a u turn later. Triage nurse was friendly and efficient, took temperature and other standard procedures. Registration was continued by another clerk who gave us some rapid fire instructions which we soon forgot. We were supposed to wait for a light to turn green to let us in to the triage area. Light was red. A voice yelled try again and the light was suddenly green. We ended up in a waiting room with 3 other patients. Waited about 20 minutes and another nurse called 3 of us to individual rooms. Waited another 20 minutes and the same nurse came in to scan the bracelet and ask some questions. Another nurse came in 15 minutes later to take the temperature again. All nurses were very friendly. Waited and waited. Finally a doctor came and everything was fine. Paid 17.50 for parking. In and out in just under 3 hours. Washrooms were clean and easy to find. Waiting rooms had TV toys and magazines. Staff were all professional. Good experience.
