This place is too far from downtown to be at all convenient. Still, I have a friend who lives and works nearby and we have met at Timo's several times. This is a nice, quiet place that is both relaxed and welcoming. The menu is not extensive, but the food is good, fresh and somewhat unique.
The restaurant is good any time of the year. It has a nice, large patio for when the weather is nice and the closed portion of the restaurant is good all year-round, but particularly inviting in winter when the pizza oven and the fireplace can be used to their full effect.
