  • I used to adore this place (inside Whole Foods), but since they have changed their restaurant concept, 20 Highland Tavern is dying. The new menu is boring, and there is NO table service. You have to go to an order station to order food; get a beer, wine, or anything else. Yes, that's right. You can buy a bottle of wine, but have to walk to the order station to get a refill FROM YOUR OWN BOTTLE!! How stupid is that? Plus, this is supposed to be a "tavern," right? Wouldn't a "tavern" have waiters or waitresses pulling beers and delivering them to the table? I've been coming here for over a year and everything was great until about 3 weeks ago. Now, the place is morgue. All the best servers/waitresses/waiters have QUIT. What the hell are you doing, WF? Why are you trying to destroy the best thing to happen to my neighborhood in ages? I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED.
