  • I can't even begin to thank Mai and all the wonderful folks at Mallyna!! I unfortunately went elsewhere and had an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions on Monday from a *Different Salon* (emphasis, not from here!) But when I tried to contact that person, she never returned my texts and calls over the next 2 days. :( Desperate, I tried to remove my lashes at home - ouch! So imagine me, sitting on my bathroom floor, crying because I don't know what else to do. Luckily I found Mallyna on yelp - and they squeezed me in for a lash removal the next day. So this past Thursday, Mai had to stay after the salon closed because my glue was so fresh, that it took so much longer than expected - as she had to patiently remove lash by lash. She was so sweet and made me comfortable. If it wasn't for her, I surely wouldn't have been able to save my natural lashes. When I someday am ready to try lashes again, I will return to Mallyna - they're truly professionals! Thank you, again!
