Hyatt needs to make customers aware this is a "historic building" and not an actual $180-$250/night hotel.
When you pay upwards of $180/night, it should be safe to assume you'll be staying in a decently posh room, right? Not in cleveland. This whole area feels like the 90's in a stale, old news kind of way.
Hallway to your room feels like an old office building. Room feels like a warehouse with a dormitory front door.
After calling the front desk to share my experience, I was very kindly told that Hyatt as a company likes to make use of buildings that would otherwise be bulldozed.
