  • Bought a leather couch at this location about a year and a half ago. Bought the lifetime warranty. Fast forward to today, many parts of the couch are cracking and torn. My husband calls to activate the warranty and they tell him that they have sold the warranty! Get the number for the new warranty place and guess what. It's been sold AGAIN! The kicker? We call the new place and they say it's been sold AGAIN! When we bought the couch nothing was ever said about the warranty being sold. It has now become such a hassle that we can't wait to pay this couch off and buy a new one. WILL NOT EVER BUY HERE AGAIN! Would love to hear from them but not holding my breath. Buyers beware.
