  • I will absolutely not use this car rental again. I left a hammer, crowbar and shop vac hose in the trunk of the car, I recieved no call. When I called about these items they had my hammer but the other items were no where to be found. Their so called family run company is allowed to steal your items if left in the car. I don't care if they aren't responsible for items left in the car because isn't stealing wrong? Nice family business or should I say a family of thieves. I called head office and was told that I'd recieve a call to clear this up, haven't heard a thing from anyone. Enterprise, we'll keep your shit because we have no conscience or integrity, so f@#k you it's ours now. Don't worry enterprise, what goes around comes around.
