Last Friday a few friends and I had dinner at Trimurti, and I was pleasantly surprised, so I'm bumping up the rating by 1 star.
We ordered a selection of dishes:
boti kebab - Tandoori lamb pieces, spiced the right amount and tender
mutter paneer, ho-hum... not very flavourful
alu gobi - crisp, fresh cauliflower, balanced spicing
butter chicken - okay, nothing special
The naan was actually a little disappointing, since it was practically crispy throughout.
So, dinner fare here is definitely better than the buffet. I would probably come again if I were in the area and hankering for Indian food. It's a little less expensive than competitor, Babur.
