  • Had we have known...... The staff is not pleasant once you have moved in. There is only one maintenance worker for a 200+ complex, so you can imagine repairs are not being made. We have had a leak in the bathroom sink for 6 months, leaking toilet for 5 months, don't have a key for our mailbox, and a patio door that has been put in backwards so there is a huge gap allowing air through. One of the women in the office is very rude and it has been said by several tenants that she is a thief. Let's just say make sure you get a copy of your money order signed by them to avoid any issues.
