  • Short version: A Story of Three Houses 2 houses sold - The first house sold before it was even listed; the second house sold in a weekend. 1 house purchased- Our ideal floor-plan in our ideal neighborhood Conclusion- The "B" in Nikki B stands for "BEST Realtor Ever" Long Version: We are SO lucky to have NikkiB as our Realtor. Nikki truly cares about her clients while simultaneously delivering results. Nikki sold two homes for us in record time and helped us purchase our new dream home. Nikki sold our first home before we even listed it! House number 2 she sold in one weekend with just one open house - YES, she's that good! I am eternally grateful that both houses sold that quickly. Having a toddler and 2 dogs, it's not the easiest to keep everything in "show condition" for a long period of time. Customer service is where NikkiB truly shines. She is very data driven, always analyzing market conditions to give us an accurate reading on pricing when we went to sell our houses and purchase our new home. She is a skilled negotiator who always looks out for the best interest of her clients. Attentive and responsive, honest and dependable, NikkiB is always true to her word . She really got to know us and what worked for our family - never pushy and very patient.
