  • If it was possible for me to give no stars I would. I called to have on site battery replacement. After waiting for over an hour thinking someone was on the way. I called back to find out no on was on the way and that I would have to wait another 45 mins. When I asked for a discount on the service for having to wait the "manager" told me "no I can't discount the service" when I asked why he followed with "uhhhh because I don't want to." You'd be wasting your time and money on these people. They don't have the customer service skills to keep people coming back.
