rev:text	You have no idea how bad this place was during the summer time when my air wasn't cooling and it was like living in an oven. I constantly had to call maintenance where they would come and claim that it was fixed when it really wasn't and it would go on like this almost the whole entire summer in triple digit heat!!!. I don't appreciate that they didn't care about my issues especially with how high of rent I was paying on an extremely small studio which was almost 700 with barely any space and no closet space either which is beyond ridiculous. I also stand firm on what I've said before about the refrigerator not working at times where it wouldn't cool where I spent a lot of money on groceries just to see it go to waste and they wouldn't allow me to have maintenance come and do maintenance on it on a bi weekly basis which basically meant they didn't care about me. Get a new brand of refrigerators because the ones you guys have I've read terrible reviews on them where a lot of people have had this issue. I wish it was possible to give this place 0 stars but you can't. The only plus side was that it was a nice area that was close to a lot of things and you weren't too far from mill ave or oldtown scottsdale. My suggestion is actually make the return on investment worthwhile meaning to care more about the residents that are currently leasing there because ever since management changed it went downhill. One of the people was extremely rude in the front office and they screwed up my rent and put a notice out on me threatening to give me late fees when it was the persons mess up for not calculating the rent properly. What also is bad is the roach problem and I believe this can be fixed by renovating the place and making the buildings a lot newer. When I was cleaning out a lot of my apt to move there was a really big roach underneath my sink which is absolutely disgusting and it's not the first time I've ever had a roach either. Why is it that I was having roach problems when my apt was clean for the most part? Also spraying the apt isn't a permanent fix either. I also know there was a snake problem especially when I had to hear my neighbor screaming about one and I could hear it. The walls don't block out the smell of drugs nor does it block any kind of sound. My suggestion is to actually take the time to care and especially with the air conditioning that if it wasn't working with maintenance to bring in an outside company to permantely fix the problem because if maintenance didn't fix the problem the first time why even bother when it was over 120 majority of the summer?! So happy to be out of there especially having all of these problems and paying too much for rent on a small studio which was more expensive than the biltmore when I never had issues ever over there nor any pest problems and paid 100 less for rent in a larger studio. At least when it was Kim and the other woman in the office there they actually cared a lot and took great concern when issues like these arose and I bet they would've hired outside help just to permanently fix these issues long term but the people in the front office now are just plain rude. If you guys charge this much for rent why not make these renovations in order to prevent these types of issues? Again my opinion to anyone that wants to move here I would consider different options and don't let the outside fool you. It matters more on the inside
