  • Julie, the woman who runs this place, is an absolute joy. I have been going to her for six years now, even after moving a neighbourhood over where there are at least three dry cleaners in closer proximity. Let me count the ways that Julie is the best: 1. She always greets me with a smile. 2. She always tells me my clothing items are beautiful. 2. If its raining or snowing outside and I walk into her shop and take off my toque, she immediately grabs a handful of tissues and dabs it dry. If I am myself sniffling, she grabs more and insists I stuff them in my pockets to take with me. 3. She also does alterations and repairs, and does them well. Sometimes, unprovoked, she will stitch up a small rip in the lining of my coat or fix a button, free of charge, just because. 4. She loves dogs. So if you have one, you can definitely bring yours in while running this errand. All this plus her rates and timelines are reasonable, and her shop is just across the street from the Ossington subway station, so very convenient.
