rev:text	THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I took my Kate spade purse in to have it refurbished and it came out looking almost the same as it did when I took it in. I took my purse in because it was stained on the back and had minor flaws in the leather. When I first took it in the guy tried to convince me into having my purse dyed a different color instead of keeping its original color which I didn't want. When I asked if he could keep the original color he said "sure it'll be no problem, it's just that the color of your purse (Tiffany blue) is a hard color to find but yes I can find the color for you and make it look brand new". I also asked if the straps could be replaced and he said yes again. I was kind of reluctant at first but I wanted to trust his word so I decided to have my purse refurbished. He then informed me that it would take two weeks which was fine by me. When I went to pick my purse up it was still stained on the back and the parts where the leather were discolored looked as if they were just painted over with a small paint brush. The straps were not replaced instead they looked as if they were spray painted. I paid $150 for this service so you could imagine the dissatisfaction and disappointment I felt. I purchased this purse for $400 dollars so to see my purse being returned the same way it went in was a little frustrating. All in all I will never go back to this business again. If you can't give the customer what they're asking for please be honest and say you can't do the work instead of lying to just get a sale. Save yourself the hassle and go else where.
