  • Quite simply - the Ritz Carlton Phoenix is a fine hotel but it does not meet my expectations of the Ritz Carlton brand. It is merely....meh. The rooms and decor are old and mismatched. The pool does not include a hot tub. The restaurants are boring. The staff was helpful overall but there were definitely a few customer service duds. I would only stay here again I I had business meetings close by. I would not consider staying here for pleasure because it just wasn't a special enough location.
