I've been going here for the past few years. I called to get a change in prescriptions and was called back asking me to come in for an appointment to change birth control styles. I didn't even think about my recently changed insurance.
I came in the next day for an appointment and the women at the front desk was so rude. I understand not checking my new insurance was my fault, but please don't cut me off when I try to explain how I hadn't expected to make an appointment yesterday for today (or one at all). Please don't be rude to someone whose woken up early on their day off and is emotional from being on her period for the past three weeks.
I just shake my head. For this, if my insurance ever changes back to something covered by western pa obgyn, my vagina business is staying far away.
