The service is pretty much non-existent here. The employees don't acknowledge you at all. They pretty much act like pretentious snobs, because of the brand I suppose. The MAC location inside Dillard's is a tad better, but not by much. I don't remember MAC having this kind of non-service at other locations.
As I observed the various employees, I never saw any of them smile. I wonder if they hate their job, but stay because of the brand prestige?
Sephora has much better service!
