  • Stay far, far away from this shady dealership! I was shopping around for a new motorcycle and Ridenow had the model I was looking for. I asked the sales guy for quotes and finial pricing out of the door. I had to leave for work and told them I would be back with my husband to review the offer. When we returned the out the door price was WAY too high with gap insurance (I never asked for this add on) and all sorts of other fees tacked on. Needless to say we left without making a deal. Oh, but it only got worse and I didn't even do a deal with them! First, someone at the dealer left a 5 star review using my name on Google!! WHO DOES THAT?! I had to flag it and contact Google to get this review I never wrote removed. Next, two weeks later I received a credit card in the mail from Yamaha!! I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING THAT ALLOWED THEM TO OPEN A CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME! The only thing I signed (that I took a photo of and added it on this review) was the quote that said, "I acknowledge that I was issued this quote and received it." I'm crazy at reading fine print and take photos when I sign documents. I'm irate right now and will be contacting whoever I need to contact to flag this credit card that was opened without my consent as fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ALWAYS TAKE PHOTOS OF ANYTHING YOU SIGN!
