  • I went into this location yesterday for the first time. I just started selling items on "poshmark" an needed to print a shipping label and purchase an envelope. $11.00 later i see now on my account deducted.... yeah absolutely ridiculous i was charged $10 alone to use their ancient computer that charges u by minute. Mind you the lady at the desk told me "go use that computer over there" literally all the help i was given. If maybe i had some customer service it wouldn't of been $10 worth of trying to figure out what I'm supposed to be doing. I literally only made $9.00 on the item i was even shipping so UPS and that lady who didn't want to be of assistance just costed me money an wasted my time. Wouldn't recommend this location at all, unless you want to be out more money then necessary. Only good thing i can say was the young man who helped near the end he was polite an helpful.
