rev:text	Disengenuous sales practices. Horrible customer service. I was shopping for a dress for a special occasion when I was "latched" onto by a salesperson. No was not a word she was willing to accept and I finally gave in and tried on a dress. It was an ok dress but way more money then I wanted to spend on something I was going to wear once. I told the salesperson that, and I thought her response was odd when she said " call me and I will buy it from you after the event". This was on a Saturday. On Tuesday I was home from my trip and decided to look at Dillard's online for another dress. Imagine my shock when the dress I had JUST paid $349 for was listed on Dillard's as final clearance at $122. I have never shopped at Dillard's before as we don't have them where I live. I called the 800 number for Dillard's to discuss this and I was told "we don't price match". With your own store? That made no sense. I had just been robbed of $220 by their Las Vegas store. So, I decided to call the Las Vegas store and was sure they would rectify things. I spoke to a manager, who also explained to me that they also "do not price match and they discount items every Monday so it was too bad for me". I was completely shocked that this is how Dillard's treats their customers. I was also told that I could NOT do a return at the store and then expect to turn around buy it at the discounted price, as that would take them several days to put it back on the floor. So buyer beware. This is a store who seems to be preying on the tourists and they have no qualms about ripping you off. So I returned the Dress and the accessories I bought along with it. Rather then make some money by honoring the sales price the store made nothing.
