  • Went to Truffles n Bacon Cafe one Friday afternoon to celebrate the end of a rough week. The place was empty about 2:00 PM but I was greeted immediately upon entering. I had read so many good things about the TNB Signature Burger and ordered one to go with high expectations. These expectations were met and exceeded!! The fresh burger, mac-n-cheese patty, brioche bun, and bacon jam..oh bacon jam..melded together to produce a sandwich that truly was an experience. Sided with truffle oil tater tots, this combo really hit a home run. It's not the least expensive burger combo (about $14), but a great treat for a special celebration. Truffles n Bacon is small (seats about 50) and all the food is freshly made-to-order. The chef will will basically make whatever you want and this is excellent for accommodating customers with restricted diets or food allergies.
