  • I booked a room here this past weekend. We prepaid and called to confirm that we were on our way. We dealt with Thomas and he is the stereotypical turtle neck wearing cashmere sweater guy. They were at 108% capacity and did not have a room for us.... On top of that they denied us a refund. Pass.
