It was a sad day for my wallet when I first discovered Nordstrom Cafe. I worked at Ross Park for almost a month before finally trying the place, and I was instantly hooked. No more mall food court for me.
The roast beef sandwich with horseradish aioli is seriously some good stuff. It comes with a side of chips but what a lot of people don't know is you can actually substitute a side salad with your choice of dressing. Personally, I can't get enough of the cherry balsamic vinaigrette. Perfect combination for lunch. The pizzas are also good and they have a pretty wide selection of salads. Prices are about the same as Panera, but the food definitely puts Panera's to shame.
I usually did take-out and went down to the eBar for a Mexican Mocha and some people watching. What else are malls for?
