  • I only shop at the discount outlet in the basement where their prices aren't ridiculous. The staff are extremely pushy because their survival literally depends upon them making that sale. You can see the disappointment in their faces when you say "thank you, I'll think about it." The staff don't know anything about style. They don't know the difference between warm and cool colours. They will tell you that you look great in something or that it perfectly fits even when it obviously doesn't. So, if you shop there, bring a knowledgeable friend and politely tell the sales staff that you're just browsing.
