| - The service was decent, but compared to other pools/day clubs in Vegas this one is just meh..
A local promoter hooked us up with a Cabana for a bachelorette party - 4 hot chicks (okay 3+ me) can get in almost anywhere. We were told to be there by 12:30, but girls will be girls and my group was nearly an hour late. I wasn't sure we would get in, but again... hot chicks in Vegas get the VIP treatment. There were apparently 2 lines, 1 for promoters, another for the club - strange but whatever.
We were grouped with 4 other people that we didn't know, 2 guys 2 girls - I suppose we helped get them in because it made us a party of 6, 4 of which were women. I was shocked that they hardly checked our purses - at Wet Republic you can't even bring gum in - here we got all sorts of crap in from sunblock to blow a blow up doll. Cool I suppose. They got us right in, almost zero wait.
They gave us a large covered cabana with a separate day bed. A bottle of Sky Vodka and we were set. The music was good, not great but good. The real let down was the eye candy. You'd think Vegas pool party = the beautiful people, right? Not here. I don't know if it was an off weekend or what, but the guys were not hot (sorry), and there were very few fit girls - most were people you did not want to see in a swimsuit. No wonder we were ushered right in!
We got crazy as girls at bachelorette parties usually do, there were 'bride party' pins (we got several staff members to them), penis confetti, vapor hookahs, and our male blowup doll 'Brad'. They let us put 'caution, girls getting wild' tape across the banister and the staff were taking pictures and shots with us. They even brought us a second bottle which was appreciated. But we kept getting in trouble for the blow up doll a couple times they almost took it from us, we kept having to hide him. And I felt like we only got attention because the rest of the crowd wasn't sexy as my girlfriends. We had a good time but it wasn't quite the party atmosphere we were hoping for. We were treated well so I can't complain, but If we had it do over we would have gone elsewhere.
