Came for the first time for international lobster day today and it will be the last. Quality was not necessarily bad but cashier was slow and not paying attention. I ordered a roll plus soup and drink. When she asked my order, I said, Cajun with bisque and Dr pepper. I had to repeat myself 3 times and it wasn't because I wasn't clear or loud enough. Not to mention that only 2 customers in front of me took an agonizingly long time to stand in line while people are weaving in and out around me. Annoying and then to have the cashier not even able to take an order. Then the roll was only about 3 bites. Half of it was bread. For $25, I could've sat down at a restaurant. Soda had so much ice that a few long sips and it was gone. Soup is advertised being in a bread bowl but upon getting my soup, I asked and the girl said they changed the menu just today. Lucky me. Not really. Quality was ok but portion ratio to price was ridiculous and added that employees are not the brightest bulb on the tree, will not be back.
I also found out that being a local, I'm supposed to get 20% off plus I checked in and I'm supposed to get free combo upgrade. I believe that's what the hold up was with the guy in front. They didn't know how to use the yelp coupon which seems to me to be an easy cop out because so many places do the same thing.
Ugh...nothing worse than being over charged for poor service and small portions.
