  • AWESOME COMPANY, AWESOME TEAM OF PEOPLE. I had 15 days to find a new place to live and i did not think it could be done, my car dealership turned me onto First Serve Realty. Right after my initial call of urgency, I was e-mailed a list of rentals that were ready for immediate move in. Told the real estate agent what rentals I wanted to see and was even given the codes to get into the houses, so I could look at them after work. With phone calls daily, probably bugging them a little, I was told about updated houses that were just listed. Found my house, application process was approved and walk through was all able to happen in 13 days. I would recommend First Serve to anyone who is in a housing dilemma, they go above and beyond their jobs to help, they helped me.
