  • On Saturday, I had the most amazing experience at the school. I came in to get my head shaved because my hair is falling out due to illness. My stylist was Sam and Instructor was Brent. This team took exceptional care of me during my visit. Their expertise, coupled with their kindness and compassion for my condition is appreciated beyond measure. Often when someone is ill, others look upon them as weak, they feel sorry for them or give disgusted looks. Sadly, among some of the clientele and students I noticed these looks. But since I was in good hands with Brent and Sam, all of my insecurity about that visit disappeared. I will be writing corporate headquarters to let them know about their professionalism and care during my visit. These two should be recognized 100%. If you have the opportunity to visit, please request Sam E. She has gentle hands, takes her time making things right for your comfort and has a great aura about her. You might just find your permanent stylist for the future. Good Luck Sam and Brent in your future endeavors and thank you for your care! I am sending gifts to the school for you both! Look out for them!
