Dino's Appliance repair has MISERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They Lost track of an appointment to fix my refrigerator freezer / freezer that I dutifully cleaned out so that it would be easy for them to fix. I had to rent another freezer to do that, too. I called to determine what time they would be here today ( 1/27/2014 ) ... Couldn't find a trace of any appointment made to help me. Then when I in an exhibit of frustration remarked that they were running business off - the little punk that was on the phone slammed down the phone. I called Lowe's for some guidance and the person there remarked that that was the way te were at Dino's. Take my advice - don't do Dino's. - you'll regret it. By the way - they think that there is supposed to be a work order from Lowe"s - Lowe's doesn't contract wth them - ergo - no work order would exist.
Take my advice - don't do Dino's - ever... You WILL be sorry.
