I tried to book with them with a groupon as I'm flying out and my usual lash tech was unavailable. This would be my second time coming to them for lash extensions.The first time I found them through yelp and paid out of pocket and did not use a groupon but upon discovering they had a deal going I decided to save myself a few bucks.
I called ahead this morning and they gave me an appt for 2pm, checked her records, then messaged back telling me she noticed I have been here before, told me the groupon is for first time customers only and because of that would be unable to accommodate me as they are overbooked and she was only trying to squeeze me in but will not be able to do so any longer as they lose money on me being a returning customer.
I advised her the groupon fine print said it can be repurchased every 120 days regardless... she replied after a long pause and said she would have to talk to groupon as she was unaware of this and would try to accommodate me so I don't become a victim of misunderstanding.
I ended up cancelling the groupon. Never going back...there are tons of lash places and even new technicians starting up in the area, this was extremely unprofessional and bad customer service and there are many other places that will work harder to earn your business. Honestly, if my regular ShenLash wasn't so booked up right before my trip I would never have thought to try another place. BTW, Shen is highly recommended on yelp:)
