I came in here on the spur of the moment for some take out and I have to say the customer service was okay.. not great but not bad. I explained I never been before and to make some recommendations and the guy working the front was good but who ever else was working with him wasn't Now they lost a few stars for a few reasons with me because what could've been a 4-5 star review turned to 3. Now you may ask what happen to get the rating right? Well the service and the fact that they basically told me in so many words that the spam masubi that they sold if it wasn't in that little oven in the front then that means there are no more? What kind of place does that though? And an hour before you are closing? I could see if I walked in 10 minutes before you are closing but is that spam masubi that hard to make that you couldn't request one or two more to be made? Yikes! Not good service in my eyes especially when somebody is trying it out for the first time. It's simple things like that, that would steer me away from ever coming back. My dish I ordered was like a two item combo and I selected the chicken katsu and the Furakaki chicken with double mac salad instead of the rice. No complaints on that! No whether I'll be back or not is in the air but for now...
