It's new and most of the equipment is great! The free weights are old though, the last gym I was at had the rubber coating for when the superstars like to drop the weights after a set. The floor is always dusty, when I use the cable machines sometimes I'm sliding on the floor a bit (with new shoes too). The change room is pretty clean, the sauna is the tiled wall steam style. I prefer the old school wood saunas but that's me. No rumors of athlete's foot or ring worm yet!
The staff are pretty friendly for the most part and the price for the gym currently beats good life which is a huge plus for the same type of gym and atmosphere. There are classes, the spin class is really great.
No surprise that there is a lot of traffic between 5-7ish and a lot of immature high school kids that go in, be loud, peacock, etc.
The gym is massive and it only gets cluttered around the free weight area.
