Shittiest service here! No joke. I had one employee very helpfully tell me that they sell individual cardstock at the copy counter. When I got there, another employee came by and said, flatly, "We don't do that." I replied that the employee in the back clearly told me he did. With an attitude he responded, "Trust me, I've done this for 11 years (you must be very proud that you've managed to work there for 11 years with that shitty attitude of yours) and I know we don't do it. There's no way. We'd have to charge you for a copy." We finally got to the bottom of it that it was a miscommunication from the gentleman I initially spoke to... they don't sell the cardstock individually, but they will sell it to you by charging you for a black and white copy (12 cents, I think). I gladly bought the cardstock for the price of black and white copies so as not to buy 250 sheets for 21 bucks. But the employee could have handled the situation much more professionally. I'll be calling corporate.
