  • I have never seen so much confusion and lack of training amongst a group of employees. I have ordered from here on 3 separate occasions in the early morning hours, a fairly simple order and end up leaving with a huge amount of frustration. No one there is ever on the same level of understanding and they all claim that they are "new". Donutsville also has items on their menu which they do not serve because "people weren't buying them", really, how about remove the item(s) from the menu and don't advertise. Very disappointing even after giving them 3 chances.
